Two notes:
1. Yes, my Russian friends. That is a Shopaklyak t-shirt my child is sporting.
2.  No, I never thought that my Lexus would turn into a mobile potty mobile.

Little Monster

From a couple weeks ago - I was upstairs changing out of my work clothes. I come downstairs and my kid is GONE.  Little monkey unlocked the screen door, opened it,  and went outside to the backyard to play with her water table. This is how I found her.

Our neighborhood has an annual Fourth of July street party.  This is Alisa's third time being there, but this time as a big kid.

First watermelon contest (after she finished hers she was pissed and wanted "more") and first cake walk (she won - and selected the most sugary cupcakes of all time).
